The works were carried out in two distinct phases with a minimum amount of overlapping at interface works. Client operations had to be maintained for the duration of the works.

The station which is 450m2 in size is adjacent to Tralee railway station enabling customers to make seamless transfers between bus and rail facilities, promoting the objective if integrated transport provision. Its contemporary design enhances the local urban environment and services for Bus Éireanns 1million customers in Kerry. The two storey triangular shaped building is striking in design and includes:
• A high specification to facilitate access between lower and upper levels
• A light filled and streamlined waiting areas for customers
• A customer travel center and booking office
As part of the development the existing bus depot was redesigned to provide 8 bus bays to facilitate for more coaches and customer service.

Abbey Court retail units are a 1,500m2 development in Tralee Town Center. The project involved large scale demolition work in close proximity to extremely busy areas. Access to the site was restricted and a detailed traffic management plan was put in place. All deliveries were scheduled to opportune times and guided into site with the aid of trained spotters.
Substructure work involved extensive secant pilling and raft construction base. The superstructure consisted of steel portal frame and insitu concrete walls. The external of the units were clad in a limestone dura cladding with light being provided by large structural glazing units. The visual aspect of the site was maintained to the highest level due to its proximity to neighboring and operating retail units.

The Munster Council is a provincial council of the GAA. It represents over 500 community based GAA clubs and approximately 200,000 volunteer members. The development involved the construction of a new two storey split level structure comprising of 12,000 m2. The external envelope consists of fibrous cement rainscreen cladding and flush frameless glazing to the upper level resting on granite stone cladding to the lower level.
The project included new mechanical and electrical packages incorporating a number of sustainable energy features. Due to challenging ground conditions a mixture of piling and deep excavations were required for the foundations. New access roads, footpaths and 1,500m2 carpark were constructed as part of the development.

Dairygold continued to trade throughout phase 1 in the existing unit. A detailed traffic management plan was implemented to achieve this.

Boherbue retail store project is an extensive agri and retail complex in Boherbue Village. The project consisted of the construction of a prime retail site with multiple commercial units and hardstandings.
It involved the complete site clearance and demolition of existing buildings with a bulk excavation of 12,000m3. As this site was adjacent to the main secondary route R577 Cork Kerry road a comprehensive traffic management system was put in place. This was followed by the construction of a 3,000m2 building over 2 floors including full fit out.
As the client had its existing store in operation in close proximity, operations were maintained for the duration of the project.
