This project was the demolition of a disused boiler building.  This area of the factory is adjacent to the main operation with this remaining live and at full capacity for the entire project.  The demolition involved the removal of a 2 storey concrete structure with a structural steel truss roof.

The building needed to be detached from two adjoining buildings with interlocking walls and roofs.  Detailed monitoring of the adjacent buildings were maintained throughout the works.  All newly exposed walls to existing adjoining buildings were addressed for dampness and water ingress.  This work was undertaken in a live factory environment.
